Green Smoothie Bowl was in order: chocolate #vega all in one shake, 1/2 c Greek yogurt, frozen chopped kale, handful and a half of spinach, topped with 1 tbsp Scottish oats, 1.5 tbsp hemp seeds, cacao nibs, chopped strawberries, and teddy puffs for fun! No pancake fails, these cakes were PERFECT! Now I’m off to take Charlie out and enjoy the sunshine before I hit the gym :)

TVP Strawberry Cheesecake “oats” with 1/2 scoop vega French vanilla, mixed with 1/2 c cottage cheese, choppe strawberries and topped with strawbs, whole o’s, cacao nibs, sprinkle of bare naked for granola and drizzle of peanut butter, all right in the cottage cheese container :) needed a comforting breakfast to off set my stress levels right now, finals are literally sending me over the edge insane. Won’t be able to hit the gym today, it’s supposed to be gorgeous and I can’t go for a run because I have a 12 page paper and an exam to study for both happening tomorrow. This week idk when i can run/workout with exams and everything, it’s making me super anxious. Ughhhh :( especially not running, that’s the hardest part. I may try to sneak a run in later today if I get enough accomplished. Good morning!!! I am just chipper, it’s a beautiful morning here and I had a lovely little shake out run, getting back to my old routine of waking and running! I missed that so much, there’s something so invigorating about the morning hours. It was chilly, but the kind of chilly a runner loves when the sun is shining down to warm things up. Did a quick 3.15 miles, then made this beauty. I haven’t made a parfait since like, last summer!! Soaked quinoa flakes with chia seed, water,stevia,vanilla and anise extract while I was out for my run. Then I mixed up some Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop vega choc-o-lot energizing smoothie, cut up strawberries, blackberries and banana and layered away, topped with a drizzle of almond butter. It was delicious!!!! I missed these, and waking&running in the mornings. Testing out how a long run goes after having eaten an actual breakfast beforehand. Made a non-berry version of The Healthful Pursuit’s berry protein bake with Vega French Vanilla Protein. The frosting is 1tbsp vega with Greek yogurt topped with half a banana. Yummy :). No set miles, I hate the feeling like I “must” run x# of miles, I just want to enjoy them so ill go as far as I go. Ate the other half of that banana, making sure I’m fuelled and energized, new mix on my iPod, knees all KT taped up and hoping the sun comes out to play!!! My delicious Protein Porridge concoction! Protidge? Overnight Protidge in a jar? Eh, not the same ring to it as OOIAJ but just as, if not more, delicious! Half a roasted acorn squash mashed and cooked in the microwave with 6tbsp egg whites and a dash of water. Into a jar it went with 1/2scoop Vega French vanilla nutritional shake powder, 2tbsp chia seed, 10g goji berries, apple pie spice, dash of vanilla and stevia and sugar free caramel syrup, 1/2c Greek yogurt and 1/2c almond milk. Topped with 1/2banana and peanut butter drizzle. YUM! Now I’m off to get ready for the gym!
