#kitchen #tip Don’t throw away your empty protein powder tubs, save them and store your #glutenfree flour purchased in bulk! Nobody likes a pantry full of flimsy plastic bags. Keeps things fresh and organized! Did a clean sweep of part of the kitchen this morning, threw out a ton and designated myself a shelf underneath the kitchen counter as a wheat/gluten-free zone with Italian labels for Nonna so she knows not to put bread/flour there. After confirmation from my blood work that I do have celiac, it’s time to crack down on cross-contamination. It’s not easy making an Italian kitchen celiac-friendly (there’s bread in our fruit bowl…) but I’m determined!!
