Coconut-vanilla zeggs with tons and tons of good stuff: tbsp flax/chia powder, 1tbsp QuNaturals quinoa cereal, 1tbsp coconut flour, 1 small grated zucchini, water, coconut extract and vanilla all cooked up, stirred in 3/4c egg whites, added cinnamon and stevia. Topped it with about 1/4c Greek yogurt, 1tbsp cereal, sliced strawberries and banana, almond butter and I made a healthy chocolate sauce with the tbsp-ish amount I had left in my bag of #vega choc-o-lat energizing smoothie powder. Good morning! Hangin out in the backyard with my main squeeze, BIAJ and a good book after my run this morning. I love summer, because even when things don’t go according to plan, when you really don’t feel like hitting the pavement and it takes forever for your legs and your brain to find its groove, or find it at all, it has a way of making everything awesome. Wasnt into this run at all, felt really blah the whole way and just wanted to be done, and when I was I felt pretty darn good. Not every run can take you to the high, but every run in the beautiful morning sun is just bliss in and of itself no matter what. Made a protein bake with Vega One French Vanilla Protein. No recipe, just threw it together but it turned out so well! Tried out black bean flour for the first time, worked really well!
