#nofilter necessary for this kick ass Spicy Stir-fry with Grilled Shrimp. Best meals always happen when you just throw stuff together, as any good stir fry should be! Frozen stir fry blend veg, red onion, garlic, zucchini, purple cabbage sautéed with liquid aminos, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, 1tbsp almond flour and 1/2tbsp peanut butter to thicken. Then I tossed in spinach angel hair miracle noodles. For the shrimp: liquid smoke, braggs, lemon juice, Japanese spice mix, 1/2tbsp gluten free all purpose flour thrown on the grill. #breakfast this morning was so simple and delicious, and just may see the return of an old classic I have made since summer! A Sweet Omelet filled with low-cal PB and a sliced banana. Whisked together 1c egg whites, 1tbsp coconut flour, 1tsp maca powder, stevia, cinnamon and cream of tartar. Cook in a pan, covered on med heat. For pb: 1/2tbsp pb, dash of almond milk microwaved for like 20 seconds.
