Headed out for a quickie before the rain! Ironic that just as it started to spit as I ran the last 0.2 home, ‘Between the Raindrops’ with Natasha bedingfield came on. Was supposed to be a long run but I’m still nursing my foot from Sunday, didn’t want to push my luck. Plus I have a halloween race Sunday and I’m kind of pulling for a 10k redemption/PR.
