Ahh poop…

Literally. 2.82 miles in, had to loop it back home to go to the bathroom. Not to self: pre workout supplements SUCK. Another note: buy gloves and a head band to go over your ears, being numb is no fun.
Honestly it’s one of those days I really don’t feel like running. Forcing myself to get out there again to finish this but really just want to curl up with some coffee or tea and eat breakfast… In the love hate relationship that is running, I’m erring on the side of not so much liking. Back to it I go… Trying to have positive thoughts.
And another thing, that pre workout ‘energizer’ is total bull I’m tired as fck. Now, to run!
