Hey there, I'm Joanne, a 21 year old English student, gym rat, nutrition fact loving, wanna-be runner with a hyperactive Brittany named Charlie. After losing 140lbs all on my own I've become super passionate about fitness and nutrition. I'm a bit of an everythingtarian who loves experimenting with vegetarian and vegan diets.
