Hey there, I'm Joanne, a 21 year old English student, gym rat, nutrition fact loving, wanna-be runner with a hyperactive Brittany named Charlie. After losing 140lbs all on my own I've become super passionate about fitness and nutrition. I'm a bit of an everythingtarian who loves experimenting with vegetarian and vegan diets. I'd love to see the day I run a 5k in 30 mins without stopping (DONE! First 5k race 03/4/2012 run in 29:23).
