Even though I already ran today during a pretty intense hill workout on the treadmill, I felt like doing 3 miles,just for fun. First time running outside at night, it was spitting, crossed paths with a super hot athletic guy who was also running (love!), got literally whisked away/swept off my feet by this crazy ass wind, currently walking 0.25 mile home feeling all kinds of empowered. I love you, running!
EDIT: Check out my splits - 9:46/ 9:33/ 10:05 -> when the wind REALLY kicked in and I got swept away. S.O.B. Wind. On the bright side - hooray for an extra bout of resistance work. Tomorrow, I rest! :) but with lots of walking, going to Art in the Park tomorrow, maybe the Strawberry Festival here in town later on. :)
